Akhilanda, so broken she cannot hold fear—
crocodile-rider, brave balancer who stays steady
even as the beast snaps and whirls, drawing
prey underwater faster than undertow.
Teach us the lessons of the center that cannot hold,
of long nights spent on the floor in the dark,
of the change that spurs growth, of the sacred
wounding that leaves us fractured, faceted:
whirling and luminous with inner light.
